This fantastic villa is located at only 250 from Llenaire´s beach at Port Pollença. It has a perfect location for those who do not like to be complitely isolated and a rental car is not really needed.
The main house has about 225sq. meters and it has 4 double bedrooms: The main one is 30sq. meters with an on suite bathroom, the other 3 bedrooms have twins beds and are really spacious too. There is a second big bathroom with shower and a bathtub.
The living - dining room has been updated this season with more lighting, nicer furniture and lamps. There is also a Google Chromecast so that you can watch your Netflix or HBO!
The kitchen is nice and fully equipped so you will not be missing anything to cook your meals. The BBQ area is just outside the kitchen so it is very practical!
One of the best feautures of this villa is the outside garden and the amazing swimming pool! 10 x 5 meters big and from 1meter to 2.20 meters deptht as well as the Ping Pong table and the big Trampolin for children! We do also have fences for the pool free of charge upon request.
There is also an apartment with the access through a staircase outside with 40 sq. meters that has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a walking shower, kitchennette and a living room.
One very important thing to mention is that this property does not have any review as it is new on rentals. And another important thing to note is that the pictures have been taken in November and that is why the light is not so bright as in spring- summer.
