A lovely Mallorcan villa with lots of relaxing space. The house is located between Pollensa and Alcudia, in the countryside, surrounded by fruit trees and wheat fields.
It is a few minutes drive from historic sites, restaurants and shops in the old town and the beaches and beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa.

The interior of the house has been recently refurbished in 2013, with very fresh white walls and Majorcan ground. The house is very spacious and bright spaces with several sofas to relax.

The rooms are all located on the top floor. There is a double room with bathroom in the same space (25 m). Second double bedroom, third twin bedroom with two small beds Majorcan style and finally a relaxing open space that is enabled as a bedroom and is ideal for children.

The kitchen is very comfortable with two doors one connects to the dining room and the other to the pool to get in and out comfortably all day. It has also been regilded a modern breakfast bar and elegant and comfortable appliances.

There are plenty of living space - a living room with doors to the garden terrace, a large kitchen with a breakfast table and laundry. There are four bedrooms with air conditioning.

The pool is awesome, shaped lake is the envy of many hotels, as their actions are truly generous 15m X 8m shaped lake with a variable depth from 1m to 2m.

By the pool there is a nice BBQ.

The large garden surrounds the house with lawn and Mediterranean trees.
