A total of 6 people can enjoy the spacious property having privacy too. In the main house(180 metre sq on 2 levels)guests can enjoy a spacious lounge with a 5 metre high ceiling furnished with light wooden / metal furnishings and a large comfortable sofa. There is 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a toilet with a shower and a bath room; there is a second external bathroom with a shower. The 2 storey house is connected by a "glass made" roof and floor gallery. The colourful kitchen is located on the ground floor. It has a island for cooking with a stunning view of the garden and surrounding landscape. The kitchen is connected to the elegant terrace which has several shaded areas and an original wooden oven. There is a large wooden table which can fit 6 people around it for al fresco dining and a chill out area furnished with a thai sofa and glass table next to a fresh and lovely bush with a hammock and a teak table. The living room is also connected to the 200 metre sq white terrace surrounded by 17 white stone columns from where you can enjoy stunning views of the island's highest mountains. The 11.000 metre sq garden is totally private and is fenced by stone walls. It has 900 cypresses and hundreds of different kinds of threes including palm threes and bamboo.

The property is located in a very interesting area of North Mallorca at just 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Alcudia and Pollenca. Just to mention one great spot: Playa de Muro with his incredible clear water and a lot of space to run and cycling. It's easy and fast reaching every place where to refresh the body into the fresh sea water or finding fresh air on top of the mountains stopping for a typical Mallorquin lunch in one of the cosy mountain restaurant!.
Finca Chumbera is just 1 km far from the small village called Buger where you can find a basic items like a Supermarket, a Bank, a pharmacy and Bars and 2 restaurants (open even on sunday). Property is also closed to Sa Pobla (1 km) which is a bigger village where there is everything including a sunday Market, many supermarkets, many pharmacies, Banks and shops!
